Annual licence means:
- Use the product for one year
- Stay up-to-date with the latest version – you receive free V7.x upgrades.
- You will be notified before your licence expires to give you time to renew. You will receive a 10% discount if you renew before the expiry date
Note: all single-user licences include the Visualisation, Simulation and Daylighting modules. HVAC, CFD, Cost, Optimisation and EMS modules may be independently optioned; please contact us.

DesignBuilder Educational Discounts
DesignBuilder is ideal for use in education because it is quick and easy to learn and allows the teaching process to focus on design and simulation issues. We have an active education program to assist university departments in using DesignBuilder as part of their teaching process. We offer generous Educational and Student Discounts on software and teaching materials (details below).
General Educational Discount
You are entitled to at least a 50% discount off the listed commercial price if you are purchasing DesignBuilder to be used exclusively for educational use within a school, college, university or other educational establishment. Please contact us for details.
If you plan to use DesignBuilder for commercial projects, design work, etc., you must purchase a full commercial licence.
